No actual coverage of this not-yet-existing film, just coverage of the announcement. Way WP:TOOSOON for a Wikipedia article; for all we know the film may not be notable when it comes out. ~Anachronist (talk) 02:46, 30 January 2018 (UTC)

- Delete - I'd previously prodded this and it had been deprodded by Narutolovehinata5. As far as I can establish the only information available about the film at this point is the announcement. It is WP:TOOSOON, per WP:NFF. Curb Safe Charmer (talk) 13:29, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:41, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- Comment @Anachronist: @Meatsgains: @Curb Safe Charmer: @AngusWOOF: Considering it will probably become notable anyway soon and will probably be released soon, would a redirect to Trigger (company) be an acceptable alternative to deletion? Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 22:08, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- That'd be fine. Also move to Draft. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 22:11, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- I disagree that "it will probably become notable anyway." We can't make WP:CRYSTAL assumptions like that. Either it's notable, or it isn't. I have no objection to a redirect, though. If that's agreeable to you, go ahead and do that and we can close this discussion. ~Anachronist (talk) 01:26, 31 January 2018 (UTC)

- I support a redirect for the time being. Meatsgains(talk) 02:06, 31 January 2018 (UTC)
- Not contesting that we probably don't need the page yet - after all, there's no information about it to write - but it isn't a film, and I'm not sure why this deletion page seems to think it is. 67.168.85.228 (talk) 22:14, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- The subject is described as an "anime project". Whether that is a film or a TV show or an OVA to be released on DVD, it doesn't really matter, they amount to the same thing. ~Anachronist (talk) 01:22, 31 January 2018 (UTC)
- Sure. You're right, it doesn't matter to this. However, I still found it strange that this deletion page insistently referred to it as a film and categorized it as such, so I thought I'd say something. 67.168.85.228 (talk) 06:02, 31 January 2018 (UTC)

- Redirect to Studio Trigger for the time being. This could have been done unilaterally and I doubt anyone would have objected. —Xezbeth (talk) 17:57, 4 February 2018 (UTC)
