Daybreak Montreal is a daily, early morning, English-language radio program broadcast by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in Montreal.[1]
In 2006, Dave Bronstetter stepped down after hosting the program for 11 years;[2] he was replaced by Mike Finnerty.[3][4][5] Before coming to Daybreak, Finnerty worked in London for the BBC for ten years.[5]
Nancy Wood was hired as host in 2009. Her dismissal in 2010 was the subject of some controversy in Montreal.[6][7] [8]
