Dexbrompheniramine maleate is an antihistamine used to treat allergic conditions such as hay fever or urticaria. It is the pharmacologically active dextrorotatory isomer of brompheniramine. It is marketed under the name Drixoral, which is a combination of dexbrompheniramine and pseudoephedrine.
