Godless Prophets & the Migrant Flora is the ninth studio album by American metalcore band Darkest Hour. It is set to be released worldwide on 10 March 2017. Preorders will be released through their Indiegogo Campaign and normal purchases will be released through Southern Lord Recordings. The album marks the return of former guitarist Kris Norris who previously played with the band from 2001-2008, to contribute some additional guitar work. Special Editions of the album will include their first ever full-length live DVD at the Black Cat in 2015 where they played a special show to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Undoing Ruin by playing the album in its entirety. They have so far released the songs 'Knife in the Safe Room' and 'Timeless Numbers'and 'Those Who Survived', which have both indicated a return to the band's usual Hardcore sound. |
