**Closing as "keep", for now. Use of book covers is somewhat of a grey area in terms of fair use; current consensus practice seems to be that a thumbnail in the infobox of a book article is generally okay, although I'm personally not too sure about the soundness of this practice. I'd welcome a centralised discussion somewhere; in its absence it seems to make not too much sense selectively deleting individual items out of the huge number of identical cases we have.
