Jared Hohlt (47 in 2019)[1] is an American writer and magazine editor. He was named editor of Slate magazine in March, 2019.
Career
Hohlt's first job was at Slate, as a young editorial assistant.[1] He worked for Metropolis (architecture magazine) and Inside.com before joining Slate.[1] Hohlt moved to Slate from New York Magazine where he had worked for 18 years becoming the top editor of the print version in 2014.[1]
