Neptunea lyrata, common name Ribbed neptune, Inflated Whelk or Lyre nepture, is a species of sea snail, a fossil marine gastropod mollusk in the family Buccinidae.
The Wrinkled Whelk was declared the state seashell of Massachusetts in 1987.
