He referenced that present day Democrats sound like Austrian Socialists and he talks about being in Austria in the 1960s. He does not bring up Democrats of the 1960s. [[Special:Contributions/50.27.174.180|50.27.174.180]] ([[User talk:50.27.174.180|talk]]) 23:53, 6 December 2023 (UTC) |

:Having read through it a few times, I think the current wording is correct. He's talking about what happened in 1968. He listened to (his friend's translation of) Humphrey, then heard (his friend's translation of) Nixon, and decided to be a Republican. So it was the 1968 Democratic nominee that reminded him of Austrian socialists. In the "Order of precedence" succession box at the bottom of the article, please replace Al Quie with Arne Carlson, as Quie is now deceased. 98.228.137.44 (talk) 14:57, 19 August 2023 (UTC)

At the bottom of the page for Arnold Schwarzenegger, please add a link to Joseph Baena in the "Family" section. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Baena
This is not new material. Joseph Baena is already listed as his biological son elsewhere on the page. The requested edit is intended to make the page internally self-consistent.
I think that the bottom navigation section, which appears in purple on the page, may be referred to as a "template" in wikipedia parlance. Hilarionl (talk) 02:27, 21 August 2023 (UTC)

This passage from source 105 is worded poorly, making the statement incorrect. It currently reads:
"At the 2004 Republican National Convention, Schwarzenegger gave a speech and explained that he was a Republican because he believed the Democrats of the 1960s sounded too much like Austrian socialists."[105]
After reviewing the source material, the passage should read as follows:
"At the 2004 Republican National Convention, Schwarzenegger gave a speech and explained that he was a Republican because he believed the Democrats sounded too much like Austrian socialists of the 1960s."[105]
He referenced that present day Democrats sound like Austrian Socialists and he talks about being in Austria in the 1960s. He does not bring up Democrats of the 1960s. 50.27.174.180 (talk) 23:53, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
