::::There's a lot of places that can't be reached from South America and the Caribbean because of firewalling. iTunes is just one of hundreds. But, on to the meat of the topic: I'm not seeing a lot of discussion from anyone on this topic, so I'm not particularly willing to go slap Smamu around and pat you on the back, or the other way around. I agree that this is a verifiable tracklist, but the question of how to handle the information remains: do you have any source corroborating this tracklist? Or is Smamu's assertion that it's an obvious mistake credible?—Kww(talk) 03:40, 21 May 2009 (UTC) |

:::::User:Smanu's concern maybe correct but since we are dealing with a RS like Billboard I'm sceptical. PS: I don;t want any pats, just that the suer learns to provide edit summaries and doesnot resort to deleting information form articles wothout reaching a consensus. Since WP goes for verifiability rather than the truth, we have to accept that source as it is also keeping the other tracklisting as reported by iTunes and interscope. As I've said before, we are dealing the problem from the wrong point of view. He can mail Billboard and get them to correct the tracklisting (which Billboard is fast enough) instead of all these reverts. <font color="blue">--Legolas</font> (<font color="red">talk</font><font color="green">2</font><font color="orange">me</font>) 04:14, 21 May 2009 (UTC) |

::::::Since it's uncorroborated, perhaps giving it the full "Alternate tracklist" treatment is a bit overboard. Could you agree to have it mentioned with a statement like "Billboard lists "My Love" instead of "Poker Face", and not be made so prominent?—Kww(talk) 04:23, 21 May 2009 (UTC) |

Cherrytree tracklist
Let's try to resolve this thing before it results in a block. Could you both leave an explanation here has to why you are inserting and removing the alternate tracklist?—Kww(talk) 12:47, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- the tracklist posted on Billboard it's wrong (the first track is a live version of Poker Face, instead of the song My Love) you can check iTunes. Legolas is keep readding the wrong tracklist. --♫Smanu! 12:57, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- How are you so certain that it is a "wrong" track list, and not an "alternate" tracklist?—Kww(talk) 13:05, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- Just used Google: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=my+love+lady+gaga&btnG=Google+Search I can't find the name of this song anywhere. --♫Smanu! 13:12, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- There does seem to be three different versions, however, the only source I have found that has "My Love" as a track is Billboard (could just be a mistake?). Original track list: 1 2 3 and
iTunes has a whole other list, "Be Mine!", "With Every Heartbeat" and "Bum Like You" (all live acoustic), and Billboard. So my only recommendation would have to be to include all three. Really shouldn't be warring over such minute, trivial issues guys. k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 13:18, 20 May 2009 (UTC)- OK. I'm going to wait for Legolas to weigh in before I say anything more.—Kww(talk) 13:20, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- Just realised the iTunes link that they provide on Gaga's website sends you to a Robyn EP of the same name, not the Gaga one. To correct myself, ITunes has "Poker Face (Piano & Voice)", "Just Dance (Stripped down)", "Eh, Eh (Piano and Human Beat Box)". k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 13:25, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

here the iTunes link --♫Smanu! 13:30, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- Doesn't help much: iTunes doesn't allow my country to visit their website, so I can't see the links.—Kww(talk) 13:33, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah I said the tracks in my previous post. Don't feel too outcast kww, I have to change my country in the store to view most stuff. k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 13:35, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- Can't even do that: we're outright blocked.—Kww(talk) 14:16, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- Firstly, wowww how come you are blocked? Even we don't have iTunes India but still we can view US or OZ iTunes by changing the country. Now to the issue at hand. According to WP:VERIFIABILITY, "Wp goes for information which can be verified by reliable sources". Hence in this case since a RS like Billboard is repeating a track called "My Love" in their tracklisting for the EP, hence we can include both of them. This is what was explained in the same issue regarding "Poker Face", but User:Smanu is simply avoiding consensus and going against it. Not bothering to explain in edit summaries and disregard for policies, this user is tending towards vandalism as WP:VANDALISM states, by removing reliable sources. He needs to learn that it becomes extremely difficult to get in touch with him and keep good faith because of his "don't care" attitude. This is my view, that he needs to learn that WP is a collaborative effort and every opinionated thing should be done with consensus. --Legolas (talk2me) 03:29, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
