In light of some of your statements on the Gamergate controversy both on this site and off, I think it would be best if you relegated any future contributions to the talk page. Of the last 500 edits to this article, you have made 97 and are the most frequent editor to this article. It is time for less invested users to take over. In this spirit, I will also refrain from any further edits to the article.--[[User:ArmyLine|ArmyLine]] ([[User talk:ArmyLine|talk]]) 21:11, 5 October 2014 (UTC) |

When I find that the conversations or issues discussed here have either ended or resolved, they will be inserted into my archives at my own discretion.—Ryūlóng
Sorry
I really didn't mean to remove your comment on Talk:Zoe Quinn, what happened was I rollbacked, and while the rollback went through hit 'edit' with my middle click button to open in a new tab, thinking that rollback was -that- quick to post a dummy edit apologizing. Again, really sorry and I didn't mean to aggravate or remove your comment. Tutelary (talk) 21:32, 5 September 2014 (UTC)

It's hard to edit the same section, even at different paragraphs - both my edits conflicted with yours (the first one had me disoriented for a few seconds, as I was trying to insert Quinn as well in that paragraph). Thanks for restoring the last one! Diego (talk) 17:29, 16 September 2014 (UTC) |
GamerGate edit 17:54
Hey Ryulong, just noticed https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=GamerGate&diff=625840756&oldid=625840394. While I understand your reasoning - due to the misandrogy allegations by gaming media and mass-media, isn't it slightly relevant? I realize this is a bit of a grey zone though. Cheers. Just to note that you are being a bit strong in your counter replies, though not past any ANI-interference line. Yes, it is a touchy subject, yes there are those outside WP that are trying to affect it in ways policy can't, but you can still keep the article in policy compliance with a bit more decorum. You don't need to heat up the discussion more than it already is. --MASEM (t) 01:46, 27 September 2014 (UTC)

Controversial edits at Gamergate controversy
Ryu, I'm issuing reminders to all involved about the revert warring at Gamergate controversy that started up again almost as soon as I unprotected the article. I don't want to pursue blocks (or to restore full-protection either). I have asked Diego to revert himself in the spirit of WP:BURDEN; please continue working together on the talk page.--Cúchullain t/c 14:46, 30 September 2014 (UTC)

You're getting awfully close to 3RR on the GamerGate article. Be cautious in that. Tutelary (talk) 22:34, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
- Part of it was an edit conflict though.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 22:44, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
- You've now passed it by removing the vivian image 4 times, and this is not an execptional case of 3RR involving NFCC. --MASEM (t) 23:40, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
- It does fail NFCC though.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 05:31, 2 October 2014 (UTC)

Ryulong, please keep calm and WP:DISENGAGE if you need it. This is the kind of emotional outbursts that don't help convince anyone at the "other side" and shouldn't happen within the talk page. I've collapsed it per NOTFORUM, you may consider moving it to someone's talk page to allow others to reply. Diego (talk) 10:43, 3 October 2014 (UTC)
