I only posted links to videos relating to and created by the politicians themselves. I never intended to soapbox.
I was neither soapboxing nor promoting anybody on the Jo Jorgensen website or wikipedia page. I just posted examples of their campaign videos. If people are going to delete links to the political campaign videos, the links to campaign websites should also be deleted as well. There is a double standard in the deletion of the videos because the campaign websites of Jo Jorgensen can also be perceived as being soapboxing. Secondly, the campaign videos were created by Jo Jorgensen and the campaign. I did not create nor participate in any way with the video. The video links were intended to supplement the information for viewers to learn about the topic at hand, which was the political campaign of Jo Jorgensen. All politicians are soap boxers. They promote themselves and do so by creating videos and website. If wikipedia wishes to create and objective perspective without soapboxing, there should be neither links, logos, nor videos allowed for politicians listed. "Votes for election" in 2020 US presidential election state subpage infoboxes
Who do you think you are taking down my constructive edits in 2020 U.S. Presidential Election? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wrs1428 (talk • contribs) 13:54, 23 October 2020 (UTC)
- Wrs1428, I gave good reason for reverting them. They were inconsistent with the format of every past state subpage presidential election infobox. They incorrectly implied that electors somehow determine who wins a state. You will find that editors disagreeing with your edits and challenging them is common on Wikipedia; see WP:BRD. Try not to take it personally and write things like "who do you think you are" in response. ― Tartan357 (Talk) 20:36, 23 October 2020 (UTC)
