Tram route 64 is a public transport service in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It runs from the University of Melbourne in the city centre to East Brighton in the southern suburbs. It runs through the suburbs of Melbourne, Windsor, Caulfield, and Brighton East. Like most tram routes in Melbourne, it is entirely within Metcard ticketing Zone 1.
The route is run by mainly Z3 class trams with the occasionaly air conditioned B2 articulated trams.
At night times, passengers for the route 5 to Malvern are required to board the route 64 where they can connect with route 5 shuttles on Dadenong Road.
