But then what about this one? Is there any consistency here on "notability"?
Contested PROD
This would be an improper use of PROD. {{Prod blp/dated}} contains "All biographies of living people created after March 18, 2010, must have references", which doesn't reconcile with the {{Notability}} tag dated April 2009 used as justification in the edit summary.
