Apparently, this did not happen. Either delete or merge with 14th Congress of the Philippines. –HTD 16:43, 25 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep and use normal editing procedures to discuss where this content belongs, which would probably be in the Constitutional reform in the Philippines article under its original and MOSTITLE-compliant title of Charter Change. Deletion of this content is certainly not a way to improve this encyclopedia. Phil Bridger (talk) 20:21, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Apparently, the relevant content are now in both articles, making this article irrelevant as this did not happen. It can thus be safely deleted without loss of information. The length can still be contained in those 2 articles, making splitting to daughter articles unnecessary. –HTD 03:39, 27 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete This event did not happen. It does not exist. It is misleading to keep an article about an non-existant event. --Bruce Hall (talk) 14:37, 27 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete. For reasons listed above. Andrew (talk) 03:10, 28 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete for the simple reason that it never happened (which is why it wouldn't work as a redirect). Even so, there isn't much coverage about it. Any information is better off in the 14th Congress of the Philippines article. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 00:35, 29 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Non-existent event. All the article says is what will happen. If it never happened, then all the information in the article is false. Polymath49 (talk) 18:02, 31 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
