- Keep This definitely a notable topic with reliable sources for referencing. However, searching google with the opening sentences reveals that this article is a copy and paste job from copyrighted sources. - Keep The organization and wording (especially the use of time constructs like "currently", "ongoing", etc.) need considerable work. However, this is a notable topic.
