Unencyclopaedic essay with a fair amount of what appears to be original research. Adam9007 (talk) 21:33, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
- Delete per nom (essay, OR). Needs a full rewrite to become an acceptable article. QVVERTYVS (hm?) 22:09, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
I found this article was very well written, why is it being considered for deletion? This piece has a well supported argument with several reliable cited sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ScoutLepore 95 (talk • contribs) 22:43, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
- Delete. This is essentially a WP:CONTENTFORK. There is already an article for women in law enforcement, and an interested editor should create a new article for minorities in law enforcement (a simple google search will show hundreds of useful articles). At the moment, the article titled "Minorities In Law Enforcement" is about a non-profit group, but that organization may fail WP:GNG. -- Notecardforfree (talk) 07:04, 6 November 2015 (UTC)

- Delete per nom. @ScoutLepore 95: Please read Wikipedia's guidelines on original research. The material on women does not improve on the existing article, and the material on minorities is overly US-centric--if the article is kept, it should be renamed to "Women and minorities in U.S. law enforcement" or some such title. This is a class paper, not an encyclopedia article. --Finngall talk 17:18, 6 November 2015 (UTC)
- Delete or redirect as a sensible search term. Currently it's a clear content fork. Bearian (talk) 19:54, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
