UTC−07:00 is an identifier for a time offset from UTC of −07.
This offset is used in part of the overlap of the Northern Hemisphere and Western Hemisphere[citation needed] (i.e. North America). Depending upon location, UTC-07 may be year-round; only observed for the colder half of the year as Mountain Standard Time in the Mountain Time Zone; or only for the warmer half of the year as Pacific Daylight Time in the Pacific Time Zone.
