We currently have "... in 1972, he was renamed after the last Incan emperor.... He was named after Túpac Amaru II, the 18th-century Peruvian revolutionary who was executed after leading an indigenous uprising against Spanish rule."
Tupac Amaru and Tupac Amaru II are different people - was he named after one or the other (or both) ? -- Beardo (talk) 03:50, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
