Zhang Qingli (Chinese: 张庆黎; born January 1951 in Dongping County, Shandong) is a politician of the People's Republic of China. He is a Vice Chairman of the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Previously he was the Communist Party Chief of Tibet Autonomous Region from 2006 to 2011 and of Hebei province from 2011 to 2013. He was a member of the 16th and 17th Central Committees of the Communist Party of China and is a member of the 18th Central Committee.[1]
