Ossetian cuisine refers to the cooking styles and dishes of the Ossetians.

Ossetian pies are Ossetian style pies. Fydzhin (Ossetian: Фыдджын,Russian: Фыдджин) is an Ossetian meat pie.
Three pies (Ossetian: æртæ чъирийы, Russian: три пирога) are important concept in Ossetian culture. Three pies represent sun, earth and water.[1]
